Official Company Policy

1. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the end of each driving lesson or prior to the start of a road test session.

2. Fees & Lesson Structure

• Regular Driving Lesson: $90.00 per hour

• Car Rental for Road Test: $199.00

Each driving lesson has a minimum duration of 1 hour.

Each road test session has a minimum duration of 1 hour

3. Driver’s License Requirements

Students must present a valid BC Learner’s Driver’s License, BC Driver’s License, or valid foreign driver’s license before the first lesson.

Students must carry their valid license during each lesson.

4. Use of Vehicle for Road Test

Use of the school vehicle must be requested and confirmed in advance.

The instructor reserves the right to decline vehicle use if the student is not adequately prepared.

This decision is made in the interest of safety and compliance with ICBC standards.

Students may take the test using another vehicle if preferred.

5. Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required.

Late cancellations will incur a $30 fee.

6. Late Arrival Policy (Student)

Lessons end at the scheduled time.

Lesson time will be reduced accordingly.

Full fee applies.

7. Instructor Delay Policy

Delays may occur due to traffic.

Lost time will be added to ensure full lesson time.

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend without notice results in full lesson charge.

9. Prepaid Package Policy

Packages must be completed within 3 months.

Unused lessons may be forfeited.

Refunds will be recalculated at $90/hour for completed lessons.
